Step 1 - Consultation
Come talk with us about your requirements, or forward your desired sample to us. We’re happy to provide recommendations based on market trends, budget, and intended use.
You may visit our shop to browse available fabrics and qualities. Our fabric specialists will assist in identifying the most suitable in-stock fabric or will note every key aspect of your needs for customizing fabric/accessories after the consultation.
Step 2 - Analysis
The key points from the consultation and samples will be forwarded to our R&D Department for further analysis.
Step 3 - Quotation
Following a complete analysis, we will send a quotation detailing price, lead times, and key fabric specifications for your approval.
Step 4 - Sampling
Upon confirming the quotation, we will create a sample and send it to you. We understand you may want adjustments after the first sample, so we’re committed to assisting with any revision requests until you’re completely satisfied.
Step 5 - Bulk Production
The final approved sample will be used as the benchmark for bulk production. To ensure quality and consistency with the approved sample, we inspect every stage, from yarn to the finished fabric. You’ll receive regular updates about production and delivery during this phase.
Step 6 - Shipment
After completing production and passing the final quality inspections, we will arrange loading, shipping, and delivery. Shipment will proceed once payment or agreed payment terms are confirmed.
